The Spanish Agency of Information Protection fined the bank entity for having used the name and signature of an ex-employee of theirs without his consent in mailings.
The imposed fine of the entity is up to 60,101 euros.
The acts start in the year 2004 when the director of a bank división of Sarria, Eloy Sánchez López, was fired. In the act of consolidation the bank realized the recognized the inadmissibility of the firing and indemnifies the worker, ending in the act of consolidation in compromise.
With posteriority to this act, this person had knowledge that the entity had sent publications of diverse products of the business in that which still used the signature of this worker, even though he had no type of link to the business. The acts were denounced before the Spanish Agency of Information Protection that expressed the already mentioned incident.
The worker believes that through these two sentences his honor is proved. “It’s clear that my firing only was do to cover up the delegate of the business that conted on the support of various industries adn free professionals to take effect,” said Eloy Sánchez.
This person also argues that through ending his relationshilp with this entity he recieved offers from others for him to represent. “The best demonstration is that now I work for another of a great solvency. They have committed a great injustice with me,” concluded Eloy Sánchez.
The worker believes that through these sentences his honor is proved. «Está claro que mi despido sólo se debió a hacerle sombra al delegado de la empresa que contó con el apoyo de varios industriales y profesionales liberales para llevarlo a efecto», dijo Eloy Sánchez.
Esta persona argumenta también que tras cesar en su relación con esta entidad recibió ofertas de otras para que las representara. «La mejor demostración es que ahora trabajo para otra de una gran solvencia. Han cometido conmigo una gran injusticia», concluyó Eloy Sánchez.
